We want you to feel confident and safe when shopping with us. Due to the sensitive nature of food and health-related products, our return policy is designed with strict safety and hygiene standards.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unopened, unused, and sealed (tamper-evident seals must be intact)
- In original packaging with all labels and tags attached
- Not expired and stored properly after delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or partially used food or health products, even if they appear unused.
Food Safety & Hygiene Policy
Because we prioritize consumer health:
- Perishable items (including refrigerated or frozen foods) are non-returnable
- Supplements, ingestible products, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened
- Items exposed to improper storage conditions (e.g., heat, moisture) are not eligible for return
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that may pose a health or contamination risk
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Expired
- Incorrect

- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Use the provided return label (if applicable)
⚠️ Do not send items back without prior authorization—they will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, flowers, plants)
- Opened or unsealed health or wellness products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:
- Request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
